Rules

Here are some rules you need to follow when you comment on my blog.

1. Don’t use bad language or say anything to hurt someone’s feelings.  Basically, if you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all!

2. Don’t use too many abbreviations!  If you want to use lol, that is fine.  But, if you do anything more than lol, it will get hard to understand you.

3. Don’t spam.  When you comment, don’t do something pointless like, “gnatgqeowhg”  That makes no sense!

4. Stick to the subject of the post.  Don’t start talking about different things that are basically pointless or not about the post.

5. Comment in the right place.  For example, if you want to become an author, don’t comment on a post about a new island that is coming out, post on the Become an Author page.  If you can’t find the post or page that is right for your comment, go to the About page, where you can comment about anything that has to do with my blog.

6. Don’t just do emoticons.  I know adding faces to comments is fun, but don’t overdo it.  Have one or two faces in your comment, not a comment that is made up of just faces.

Those are all the rules for right now, but if I need to I will add more.  I hope that this information was helpful!

  1. Yes, very good rules, Icy Comet. I only did that one post with abbreviations because I was momentarily depressed. 😀

Thanks! I’m glad you think my rules are good! Don’t worry about using abbreviations in posts, us authors have special privileges. 😉
